Janice Chin is a healthcare professional and professional coach, specializing in tackling complex initiatives with a focus on collaboration, stakeholder buy-in, and measurable results. In addition to her background in Public Health, she is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), with a specialization in Trauma Informed Professional Coaching (TIPC), experienced Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator, and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
For over 20 years, she has been dedicated to a simple but powerful idea: that growth and change in an organization or a system begin by meeting people where they are. This philosophy has been instrumental throughout her organizational development experience, from introducing new technologies in hospital systems to leading large-scale business practice transformations.
